To transfer a ticket to a new person

  1. Log into your Spartan Tickets account

  2. Select the race you would like to transfer. Then click the gear on the right and click Change Order.

  3. Select Transfer ticket(s) to a friend.

  4. Enter the email address for the person you would like to transfer to, or to your own email if you wish to retain this credit for yourself to use at another current event. Please ensure that the recipient's email is typed correctly.

  5. Upon completing the payment, the new recipient will receive a confirmation email with their race code. Transfer code is valid for 180 days from the date of issue.

  6. They will use that code when signing up for their desired race in the promo code section.

  7. They will be responsible for any difference in price, plus the new racer insurance and bag check fees.

  8. You can change the recipient and send a new claim email to that recipient by going to your My Account page, clicking the Ticket Claims tab on the left side of the page. From here, click the View Recipients button. In the new window, click the Change link and enter in the new recipient's email address and click the Resend emails for unclaimed tickets button.

To transfer to a different race

  1. Log into your Spartan Tickets account.

  2. Select the race you would like to transfer out from. Then click the gear on the right and click Change Order.

  3. Select Switch to a different event. Please note that no refunds or credits can be given if a lower priced ticket is selected.

  4. Choose your new race from the list of currently available events - remember to choose carefully!

  5. Then click Edit next to your new chosen race to select your CURRENT time block.

  6. Choose your desired time block (Elite, Age Group, Open). Note, you will only be able to transfer into heats that are not sold out.Remember to join/create any desired teams for the new race and select your new preferred start time.

  7. Enter your initials for the new waiver.

  8. Click "Update Information" at the bottom.

  9. The charges for the change will be appear (if applicable). Enter your payment information.

  10. After completing the payment (where applicable), you will be entered in the new race!

THE DETAILS:

The following Transfer Policy currently only applies to Spartan Race events in Fiji. We are not able to transfer a registration to another country.

Currently, the Transfer Policy only applies to events in 2023 and cannot be transferred to a future event.

Race transfers close on Tuesday 7 November 2023. No transfers or forwarding credit will be offered after this period. Races cannot be transferred once online registrations are closed.

A transfer code cannot be used for a sold out event or after online registrations have closed. It is the individual's responsibility to register prior to the cutoff date and ensure the event is not sold out before using a transfer code.

We cannot apply and/or refund a transfer coupon code after a transaction has been completed.

Transfer codes are valid for 180 days from the date issued.

THE PRICING:

Currently, no transfer fees apply.

When you transfer your credit to a new person, a code will be generated for the original ticket type price that was paid. Service fees, add ons and 3rd party fees are not included in this transfer credit.

When using this credit, registrant is responsible for any difference in price between the new race entry fee and your original credit, regardless of race distance.

No refunds or credits apply when using the credit on a lower-priced race.

Total - Upon checking out, the charges reflected will include the credit from your original ticket price applied against the total of the new race entry fee. The remaining fees will include any remaining balance from your credit, racer insurance, any transfer fees if applicable, the processing fees, and any applicable taxes.

Transferred race credit cannot be combined with any other transfer credits, coupons, offers, passes, volunteer credits, Street Team credits, or vouchers, under any circumstances. Only one transfer code per ticket, per transaction can be used.

Transfer credit is valid for a single use on a registration. Any deferment credit remaining after the new person signs up for the new event will be forfeited. It cannot be used for future events, racer insurance, or merchandise.

To change your start time

  1. Log into your Spartan Tickets account.

  2. Click the gear on the right next to the race you want to change and click Change Order.

  3. Next, select the box that says Change Information.

  4. Click EDIT next to your current race category.

  5. Scroll down to Team & wave time to select a new wave time from the drop-down menu (subject to availability).

  6. If you wish to make any changes to your team options, e.g. join an existing team, create your own team, you can do that here.

  7. Click on Update Information to save your changes.
